Fabrice Laroche, photographe et cinéaste, est né en 1968 et vit à Paris, où il est actuellement rédacteur en chef de Fisheye Magazine. Il découvre la photographie à 16 ans et se forme aux techniques de développement en laboratoire argentique. En 1990, il rejoint un prestigieux studio parisien, où il côtoie des figures emblématiques de la photographie contemporaine. En 1999, il débute sa carrière d’auteur, se consacrant à la photographie et à la réalisation de films artistiques et commerciaux, en collaboration avec des marques de luxe et des designers dans l’univers de la mode. Depuis 2013, il enseigne à l’École des Gobelins tout en poursuivant ses créations et ses collaborations artistiques. Cette période marque aussi un retour aux projets personnels, régulièrement présentés lors d’expositions individuelles et collectives.
Fabrice Laroche, photographer and filmmaker, was born in 1968 and lives in Paris, where he is currently the editor-in-chief of Fisheye Magazine. He discovered photography at the age of 16, learning analog development techniques in the darkroom. In 1990, he joined a prestigious Parisian studio, working alongside prominent figures of contemporary photography. In 1999, he began his career as an author, dedicating himself to photography and creating artistic and commercial films in collaboration with luxury brands and fashion designers. Since 2013, he has been teaching at the École des Gobelins while continuing his creative work and artistic collaborations. This period also marks a renewed focus on personal projects, regularly showcased in solo and group exhibitions.
